ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly-skilled, data-driven, and creatively fluent Social, Campaign & SEO Manager to lead the integrated strategy and execution of social media, paid campaigns, and search engine optimization efforts across multiple B2B tech-focused client accounts. This is a unicorn role requiring proven, referential success in all three disciplines. You will own performance—from content ideation and campaign buildouts to traffic-driving SEO optimizations and ROI-focused ad strategy.

You'll collaborate with our Sr. Brand Marketing Director, Sr. Graphic Designer, and broader creative + tech teams to drive awareness, conversion, and client growth across all digital channels. This is a hands-on, results-first role for someone with strategic vision and tactical firepower.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT

  • Plan, manage, and optimize content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube across agency and client accounts.
  • Own the monthly content calendar; coordinate copy writing, visual production, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Ensure creative consistency, brand voice, and audience targeting across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to create compelling multimedia assets.
  • Manage engagement, follower growth, and organic reach using social management tools.
  • Generate weekly internal and monthly client-facing reports with insights and performance recommendations.

DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Design and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads with a strong focus on lead generation and B2B conversion.
  • Build and track multi-platform campaign funnels—including A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Allocate and manage budgets, targeting strategies, and media placements.
  • Track key KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and MQLs.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to ensure ad creative is compelling, optimized, and high-performing.

SEO / SEM STRATEGY

  • Lead and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive website visibility and organic growth.
  • Use tools like SEMrush to analyze keyword opportunities, perform competitive audits, and track rankings.
  • Write or optimize meta descriptions, titles, image tags, internal linking structures, and URL strategies.
  • Collaborate on blog strategy and content structure to improve indexing and long-tail keyword performance.
  • Integrate SEO best practices into all content production.
  • Monitor SEO analytics and prepare monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a combined role covering social media, paid campaigns, and SEO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Portfolio or case studies showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results across all three areas.
  • Proven experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social publishing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SERP ranking factors, PPC bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent writing, content strategy, and creative direction skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts (preferably in a fast-paced agency or B2B tech environment).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
