We're looking for a Junior Web Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on development experience to join our growing technology team.

This role blends creativity with technical problem-solving — perfect for someone who loves building beautiful, functional, and high-performing web experiences.

You'll work closely with our design, strategy, and marketing teams to develop and maintain websites, campaign pages, and digital assets for a range of clients across industries.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Elementor, PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL/MariaDB.

• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.

• Implement and customize integrations with marketing automation platforms such as Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM, Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

• Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into functional, pixel-perfect web experiences.

• Participate in planning, code reviews, and version control using Git.

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize websites for performance and cross-browser compatibility.

• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining priorities and deadlines.

• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency and technical workflows.

Skills:

• WordPress and Elementor

• PHP and CodeIgniter

• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery

• MySQL/MariaDB

• Familiarity with Git version control.

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate across disciplines.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative tech and design culture.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in web development, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

Education:

• Educated with a relevant Design qualification

This position will be based at our office in Dallas, Texas, and is expected to be full-time, working 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday. Our typical office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
